Terms and Conditions SoulLines™ Palmistry

By purchasing a reading from SoulLines™ Palmistry, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
1. About Our Service
SoulLines™ Palmistry provides symbolic, reflective palm readings delivered as digital PDF documents. Our readings are based on the traditional art of chirology - the study of the hand. They are intended for personal reflection, self-awareness and entertainment purposes only.
Our readings are not and should not be taken as medical, legal, financial, psychological or predictive advice. SoulLines™ does not claim psychic ability and does not predict the future.
2. Placing an Order
All orders are placed through our website at www.soullinespalmistry.com. Payment is processed securely via Squarespace Commerce. We accept major credit and debit cards and Apple Pay. All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
3. What You Need to Provide
After placing your order, you will receive an email with instructions to upload your palm photograph(s). You are responsible for submitting clear, well-lit photographs as directed. If we are unable to produce an accurate reading due to image quality, we will contact you to request new photographs.
If you do not submit your palm photograph(s) within 14 days of your order, we will attempt to contact you. Orders where no photograph has been received after 30 days may be considered dormant. We will not cancel your order without contacting you first.
4. Delivery
Your reading will be delivered as a PDF document to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery timeframes are stated on each product page and begin from the date we receive your palm photograph(s), not the date of purchase.
Typical delivery timeframes:
SoulSketch™: within 2 working days
SoulLines™ Full Reading: within 5 working days
SoulSignature™: within 7 working days
SoulUnion™: within 6 working days
SoulLineage™: within 7 working days
We will make every effort to meet these timeframes. If there is a delay, we will notify you by email.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
As our readings are bespoke digital products created specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds once the reading has been generated and delivered.
If you wish to cancel your order before your reading has been created, please contact us at connect@soullinespalmistry.co.uk and we will process a full refund.
If you are dissatisfied with your reading, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your concern and may offer a partial refund, a revised reading, or an alternative resolution at our discretion.
We reserve the right to issue a full refund and cancel an order at any time if we are unable to fulfil it for any reason.
6. Intellectual Property
All readings, content, branding, imagery and materials on this website and within delivered readings are the intellectual property of SoulLines™ Palmistry and may not be reproduced, redistributed or resold without written permission.
Your reading is created for your personal use only. You are welcome to share excerpts or photographs of your reading on social media, and we appreciate being credited when you do.
7. Your Privacy
We collect only the personal information necessary to fulfil your order: your name, email address and palm photograph(s). This information is never sold or shared with third parties. It is used solely to create and deliver your reading.
We are GDPR-compliant and respect your right to data removal. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy. To request deletion of your data, contact us at connect@soullinespalmistry.co.uk.
8. Use of Your Reading for Samples
During the order process, you may be asked whether you consent to an anonymised excerpt of your reading being used as a sample on our website or social media. This is entirely optional. If you consent, no identifying information will be shared. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.
9. Limitation of Liability
SoulLines™ Palmistry provides readings for personal reflection and self-awareness. We accept no liability for any decisions, actions or outcomes based on the content of a reading. Our readings are symbolic interpretations, not professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoulLines™ Palmistry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
